We absolutely loved staying here! The space and layout is exactly as pictured. Everything was so clean including the hot tub we enjoyed. The views were stunning and all the games at the property were nice to have during downtime. Also the most reasonable checkout instructions we've ever had. Would 100% recommend staying here.

What a fabulous cabin! This was the perfect cabin for a family of four. Kari had all the amenities we could need- including that handy first aid after a day of hiking!!
The home was cozy, pristine clean, and had all the resources we needed to have a low key week exploring the national park. The hot tub on the porch was a huge hit with our kids, and was perfect after a day out exploring.

I stayed at this place with my wife and 2 kids while we were on vacation. We went to the Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg, all of which were within pretty easy driving distance. The location and views are incredible - a great view of the mountains and surrounded by lush greenery; lots of stars. The owner was responsive whenever we had questions about where items were and how to use the hot tub. All in all, a great vacation spot for a great value!

This place was beautiful. Me and a couple buddies stayed 3 nights but man I wish I would’ve spent more. I enjoyed use all the amenities and how simple it was to text Kari to clarify any questions. There is a beautiful view and everything and I hope whoever stays here next has just a good of a stay that I did!!!

It was a very nice home with great accommodations. We loved the large clean bathrooms with each bedroom. The games looked fun but couldn’t figure out how to work the big one. The kitchen was well stocked. As we were getting ready to grill, we discovered the tank was out of gas. I messaged Kari, and she sent the housekeeper right over with a replacement. We appreciated how clean everything was and enjoyed spending time on the large deck in the mornings and evenings. Kari always answered my messages but it sometimes took several minutes to hear back from her.

So pleased with our choice of choosing Kari’s Place in Branson! We appreciated having a such a nice home. It was very easy to get to. Easy parking. Teenagers had a blast playing the arcade games! Plenty of room for 6 guests. We enjoyed the large table for eating or playing cards with everyone together. What a comfort to have all king beds and a super bonus of having a bathroom attached to each room. The outside balcony with the long table and seating for all of us, was such a comfort to have during our visit. We are hoping to make another trip to Branson soon and hopefully stay at Kari’s Place!

Literally the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed at. Kari was such a kind and responsive host and the property was incredible. Incredibly clean with games available for kids. Every room was spotless and it was so convenient that every bedroom had its own full bathroom.
This place was so wonderful, this will likely be the only place we stay in Branson. I’ve shared this listing with so many people bc how much we enjoyed staying here.

We frequent Branson often and agreed this rental was a top favorite. We very much enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be back. The house was beautifully updated and provided a more private/peaceful feel while still being close to many attractions like Branson Landing. We enjoyed the arcade machines, record player, and spacious layout with multiple bathrooms. Kari was a gracious host and gave specific, clear instructions on checkin/ checkout process and house rules. We have already shared this listing with family and friends in hopes they will enjoy it one day, too. Thank you, Kari! It was a great trip!
